A first conversation. For organisations carrying something the current structure cannot hold, where goodwill has been doing the work that should be doing itself. Bring the operational reality, not the polished version.

Scoping conversation (45 minutes)

For when you've had a first conversation already, or arrive warm and know roughly what you're looking at. We'll move past context and into shape, what the work would actually be, how it would run, what it would cost.

Working session (90 minutes)

For existing clients, or those who already know what they want to use the time for. Coaching, deeper scoping, working through a specific question. (payment required)
