Over 26 weeks, each mentee is matched with an experienced mentor outside their organisation. Guided by a light structure that builds momentum without adding admin.

What’s included

  • Personalised mentor match based on goals, sector, and preferences

  • Six mentoring sessions (1/month). Most pairs choose to meet more

  • Simple tools for goal-setting, reflection, and stronger decision-making

  • Regular check-ins to keep things on track

  • Access to the mentee resource library for 12 months

  • Certificate of completion

Group Bookings (4+ Seats)

  • Add the number of seats you need to your cart

  • A 10% discount applies automatically for 4 or more

  • Don’t have names yet? That’s fine.
    We’ll email you a short Seat Allocation form. Onboarding starts from there.

Paying as an Individual?

  • Purchase 1 seat to join the next intake

  • After checkout, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to your Mentee Intake Form (have your Order # handy)

Good to Know

  • Mentors volunteer their time

  • We design for privacy: reports show only aggregated trends (e.g. completion %, NPS, intent-to-leave shifts)

  • If the match isn’t landing, we rematch before Week 6

  • Refunds: if no match is made and no first meeting occurs, you’ll receive a full refund.
    After one meeting, the seat is considered enrolled.
