Fees & Dates

Four intakes each year. Limited Seats.

Tiered pricing per intake:

Early Bird $2,100 ~ Standard $2,450 ~ Late $2,600 Groups of 4+ get 10% off per seat.

Mentors volunteer their time. Your fee covers matching, induction, resources, and support.

Refunds and Rematch:

  • If no match and no first meeting occurs, you get a full refund

  • No-Fault Rematches always available before Week 6

  • If one meeting occurs you are enrolled; a one-time carryover is available for genuine life events.

We keep each round small to ensure high-quality mentoring matches. Once you’ve added your seat to the cart, go to the top right corner of the screen and click the shopping cart icon to complete checkout.

You’ll receive your mentee welcome email, onboarding form, and match timeline once payment is confirmed.

  • 100% online. You and your mentor meet every 4 weeks (video or phone). No travel. Light prep. If possible, optional in-person meetings occur where mentor/mentee schedules allow.

  • Mentees require about 60 minutes per meeting + online guidebooks and modules = ~90-120 mins per month

    We require a minimum of 6 meetings over 26 weeks to occur.

    You have access to guided modules and resources to ensure you make the most of your mentoring partnerships today and into the future.

  • We match across organisations, roles and (where possible) regions for fresh perspective, using role/seniority, goals, and preferences.

    If the pairing isn’t working, we can provide rematches.

  • Supervisors, team leaders, and managers (clinical and non-clinical) in aged and community services.

    New and experienced leaders welcome.

    Past mentees have included chefs, General Managers, facility managers, executive assistants, start ups/founders.

  • If you’re joining individually (1–3 seats), simply add your seat to the cart, then, go to the top right corner of the screen and click the shopping cart icon to proceed with payment.

    We’ll then send your onboarding form and match you ahead of the program start.

  • Matching, onboarding, program resources, regular accountability and support, and program coordination.

    Mentors volunteer their time.

  • If no match is made and no first meeting occurs, you’ll receive a full refund.

    If a difficult life event occurs, we will work with you to identify the right program supports.

  • Aggregated trends only (e.g., completion %, goal themes, NPS).

    Your individual goals and conversations remain confidential.
