What’s the time commitment for mentees?

Mentees need around 90–120 minutes per month. This includes:

  • A 60-minute mentoring meeting

  • ~15 minutes before/after to reflect and regroup

  • Optional time to complete a short eCourse or workbook (self-paced)

    No matter which option you choose, you get reporting and support.

  • No. Mentors volunteer through Hyphae.

    But if your executives would like to mentor, we welcome them and can support onboarding.

  • You’ll join the growing Hyphae alumni network, with opportunities to connect through events and online spaces.

    Mntors and Mentees are encouraged to continue meeting after the program ends and continue supporting one another.

  • Once a mentee completes one mentoring meeting, the seat is counted and remains with that mentee. There’s no automatic replacement.

    In limited cases (e.g., significant life event or if no match/no meeting occurred), Hyphae may, at its discretion, offer a carry-over place in the next intake or allow a replacement nominee.

    Refunds are issued only when no match is made and no meeting occurs; rematching is available before Week 6.

  • You’ll receive:

    • A timeline, internal templates, and milestone reminders

    • Optional 10-minute check-ins before onboarding

    • Updates at key program points and final reporting

    • Your role is to encourage participation. We handle the rest
