20-week mentoring partnership
You’ll be carefully matched with a mentor outside your organisation — someone whose experience, style and insight align with your goals. Expect six to eight one-on-one sessions (online or in-person), paced over five months.

Every conversation is anchored in your development as a leader. You’ll gain clarity on your strengths, strategies to navigate challenges, and confidence to step forward in your career.
Accountability and support
We don’t just pair you and leave you. Throughout the program you’ll receive regular check-ins and reminders, ensuring your mentoring partnership stays strong and on track.
Certificate of completion
At the end of the program, you’ll receive a certificate recognising your commitment to leadership growth and mentoring in practice.
This program is open to individuals purchasing for themselves as well as organisations purchasing on behalf of employees.
